The new pay-in-advance system is a nickel and dime annoyance that over a few months of dining out amounts to paying for an extra dinner you can't eat.. You have to (1) guess how long you're going to be in your spot then pay in advance. If your plans change and you haven't paid enough you have to return to increase the limit, and if your plans change and you need to leave early, you forfeit the entire amount you've paid. (2) it's by the hour only, so if your stay is 15 minutes, you pay for a full hour. It's convenient and, I assume, safe, and that's the second star, but every time they make "an improvement" it costs more and delivers less.

Though there plenty of parking especially in the 2-hour parking zone, I still had trouble. To sum things up don't use change cuz if it gets jammed in there someone will help you but you won't get all your money back. The manager was very rude. But the man who first helped me was kind. I had to wait for the manager to come open the machine to pull out some coins from a jam inside. Insisted that I put in $2.50, but they didn't think so. So with my grandma waiting in the car I had to wait for someone else to argue with me over how much money I put in.
