You only get time and a half only after 40 hours a week. So it's just another billable 1.5 hours for the company that's sucking the life out of you. "Thank the McGee family"
They have this I don't care attitude, maybe they are not paid well. Just focus on the job you came for and hope they don't mess up your pay.
U can go to the office and full out a application and then they will email u or call u for a interveiw
