Jessie was assigned to me for my Imaging today. My happiness with her began with her initial phone call. She was so pleasant to speak with and thoroughly explained everything I needed to know. When I had the imaging done she was the same way, and very knowledgeable, caring, and professional. Can't say enough about her. Thanks Jessie!

The worse! The imaging center staff leaves at least 15 minutes before the actual time to close. If the facility is closed for any reason, don’t expect to be informed of this information on their website where you would expect it to be. Only expect to find out when you arrive there to read the sign on the door. If you can change your health services to another provider who is more professionally responsible, by all means do it!

I've used this place many times before (CT, Mammography, screen/diagnostic and ultrasound). Most technicians are fine but the management is getting worse and worse lately. There is ALWAYS a long wait for mammography, even though everyone's supposed to have an appt. They also force the patients to go through so many ridiculous questions prior to the appt, then you sign in the system as you arrive... Today, after waiting for > 1/2 hour, they told me they didn't have a record that I was waiting!! :( Needless to say, I will not come back here. (I called American Radiology and they made an appt for this week right away. I can tell other offices are much more efficient! ;)

I love how fast they where getting me in and our and I was getting done withe the lab and the X ray place to my appointment was at 10: 00am and I was out buy 11:00am with everything I had to do
