If you want urgent care at this urgent care don't come here. I waited 2 1/2 hours for a drug pre screening and decided to come in next day cause I couldn't hold it any longer. Now I'm here the next morning and going on 2 hours again. I don't know how they expect people to hold their bladder for that long. If you do come here for an urinalysis ensure you are dehydrated.......you probably should take diuretics before coming to ensure you don't have to urinate for an entire day.

I came here for a pre employment drug test. I called and asked when I could be here. They said anytime but come before 5:00 pm. I arrived at 4:50 pm. The receptionist said I am sorry we do not do drug tests today. She was very mean and uneducated. Very rude. I said well I called and you told me to come so I will wait. Another woman came over and said well if you want to wait an hour an a half we can do it. Very mean as well. I said okay. The third woman at the reception treated me very bad too. She said well now you have to wait 3 hours. We cannot see you until 8:00 pm because the person who does the drug tests is behind! I cannot believe that collecting an urine sample would take more than 3 hours. These women need to find another job. Valley Health needs to know that the patients are human beings. These mean women will not take your business anywhere. VERY DISAPPOINTED 😖

My daughter was seen on 28 August. Had a throat swab sent off for culture and as of 8 September we have NOT been given the results!! I have called at least a dozen times and cannot get anyone to call me back or they never answer the phone!! I do not recommend this location AT ALL!
