Initially I planned to rent out my condo but Nick conducted thorough research and suggested I sell instead due to COVID restrictions and the possibility of the eviction freeze continuing. He was very open and honest throughout the process and kept me informed of every milestone. Nick went above and beyond by virtually staging the condo and creating a fun walkthrough video of the condo and community amenities. We received our first offer in less than three days after hitting the market! Unfortunately that buyer’s financing fell through but Nick didn’t miss a beat and quickly reposted the listing. The second time we got a cash offer and everything went extremely smooth. I’m thankful for everything he’s done and keeping me informed.
