My laptop stopped working while on a woek trip. I called HGS and asked if he could help. I had to be at the airport in 2 hours. He said he'd be done in an hour. He finished in 20 minutes and fixed my issue!! Cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend HGS to anyone looking for computer repair. I recommend calling prior to stopping by.

Salmon was a GREAT find after getting the runaround from Best Buy Geek Squad and Dell Tech support. I took a gamble and called him on a LABOR DAY. He was not only empathetic with my situation of a dying barely 3 year old Dell Inspirion Laptop, but he was eager to see my laptop ASAP. He had a FULL schedule but wanted to help and he want to help a "neighbor". He not only was able to upgrade my hard drive, but did some cleaning up and made the time to go over everything. Additionally, was able to make other recommendation to further the life of my "rebuilt" laptop. Picking up my laptop at such a late hour, he didn't even rush me. I WILL recommend him to ANYONE and probably take in an old laptop to see if he can bring that to life! :) Thanks Salmon for your empathy, kindness and knowledge!
