I wish I would have read these reviews before I planned my children’s party here! I was absolutely appalled by the conditions of this place. Just as everybody else has described it is a complete dump. Not only is it miserably hot, it’s stinks, the gym looks like a complete junk hole!! There were all kinds of things up against the wall surrounding the entire gym, ladders, painting supplies, tons of tables, all of the other extra bounce houses wrapped up lining the walls, so everything was just absolutely filthy dirty. The carpet leading down to the gym area looks like it has not been vacuumed or taken care of in the years! The trash cans in the party area and pool area were overflowing with trash. Trash on the floor, no toilet papers in any of the stores except for one, no paper towels. Honestly I could go on and on about this place! I wish I would have taken pictures!! We paid over $300 to rent the pool room and the gym for three hours and honestly I wouldn’t even pay $50 to read this! Very hard lesson learned! Could not be more disappointed that people are even allowed to rent this place out. Also one of the three bounce houses was completely soaking wet inside. All of the children’s clothing were wet within the first 30 minutes of the party. We had to ask the van upstairs to come down and clean it up multiple times. After wiping it up a little bit inside it started forming puddles around the edges on the gym floor. Multiple children continued to fall once they came down the slide because there was so much water on the floor! Somebody could have really gotten hurt!!
