This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. The customer service stinks to high heaven. It is impossible to speak with a human being on the telephone. The automated service keeps you waiting for ridiculously long periods despite being told that “there is 1 caller ahead of you in line”. Even if you choose the option of not listening to the awful music, you are made to listen to the same recorded message every 10-15 seconds. If that’s not bad enough, after the long wait, the line automatically disconnects you. I have had three separate incidents when I have been cut off automatically after being on hold for over 33 minutes. I actually drove to the pharmacy once and spoke to the pharmacist in person after being on hold for 42 minutes and then disconnected. Even at the pharmacy, I stood in line for 35 mins before I reached the counter! Guess what the pharmacist’s response was when I complained? “I apologize ma’am; we are doing the best we can. We are very understaffed.” Then he told me that my medication was also out of stock at their location and asked if he should transfer it to another Walgreens. This is not only unacceptable; it is downright unconscionable. People need pharmacies because they are unwell and to receive such lousy service only exacerbates their health issues. If this pharmacy is incapable of the barest minimum a customer can expect, they should shut down their location. I am thoroughly disgusted and will neither patronize this location, nor recommend it to anybody! If I could give it 0 stars or negative stars, I would!

We are all aware of 'labor shortages'. After waiting for 90 minutes patiently coming from urgent care for bacterial infection, no one called my name. I asked how much longer did they think and the clerk gets it and proceeds to tell me it's not marked waiting. That is simple skills and nothing to do with labor shortage. It's only getting worse at this location, sad to say. Urgent care was faster and more efficient than the pharmacy. Good luck if you need a script filled here

My mom and I visited here to pick up my prescription and were not able to. The place is seriously understaffed so I wouldn’t have submitted such a terrible review but that coupled with the TERRIBLE customer service received threw me over the edge. The lady who checked us out at 11:55 am wouldn’t even look us in the face or acknowledge us and then threw the receipt at my mom. I was completely shocked someone can be so rude and we will never be returning to another Walgreens because of the complete lack of respect and absolutely no regard for the customer. We had been coming here for years.

Pharmacy has some the worst customer service I’ve ever seen before. They’re nice and get you what you need, but be prepared to stand in line for 30-45 minutes or more, they rarely answer phone calls (probably another 30-45 minute wait there), and consistently close early and close the drive thru completely due to “staffing shortages”
