The new male employee is rude. I asked for a roll of flag stamps. The design was very different so I asked him if it was the new flag stamp, and he replied "what does it look like." At that point, I didn't say another word, paid and left. The woman who works there tries to be pleasant or at least put on a front. Sadly, they seem indifferent to their role as a service providers which speaks volumes about the morale at the USPS. And for the customers who waltz in there with unboxed or unwrapped packages, needing boxes and tape and to borrow a pen for your label, take some responsibility and prepare ahead of time. You're disrupting the lines and service for everyone.

Always extremely slow. They need more help here, especially at peak times. It is unacceptable.

Not very friendly and not helpful at all. Such a bad customer service. I went in the one in Ashburn Broadland Usps not busy but the guy just standing there doing nothing, didn’t asked if I needed help. I had to wait for the lady next to him before I can get helped . JUST RIDICULOUS!!! Seems like their not happy with their job!

This post office is the worse in this area! It's always, always a very long line. The service is horrible. There's only one gentleman who works the front. Poor thing. No one ever come out to help. I had to pay for an evevelop I did not use. Just a bad experience. I will find another post office and hope for a better outcome.
