Bad customer service over the phone.. they talk to you like you’re illiterate. Definitely don’t listen but are quick to speak and will cut you off while you’re talking.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Took a plea deal for lesser traffic offense. They sent the wrong charge to the DMV resulting in a license suspension. Thank God I had help at the DMV, but it still took over a week to get fixed by these people....
