Terrible. Better Business Bureau (BBB) rating of an F. Paid for 2 week service which was $599, took just over 4 weeks. They said oh its, 14 business days. But it's never mentioned anywhere in the purchase that its 14 business days. I have called mutlple times trying to dispute and sent multiple emails and not getting anywhere. Stay way from this place. You can do the exact same thing they do but just going to the post office! Literally, they provide nothing more.

Non existent customer service. I've called customer service three days in a row to get an issue clarified for my application, I also used their chatbot and now have a work order number, but still no contact from anyone. Here's the issue -- I submitted my application and I received an email that my application could not be processed because I did not sign a completed form for stolen or lost passports. However, my passport is not lost and was not stolen -- I attached my expired passport to my application. No one will call me back to explain what I need to do to complete my application. It's impossible to reach a live human, I've called their 1-800 number, their 1-877 number and their 202 number. Is this a real business? Does FedEx vouch for this company's poor level of customer service?

This is the worst service ever!! Don't use this company! I have paid to get my passport, their instructions were wrong and missing documents! I had to repay to get it done elsewhere. I have also called them to get clarifications, sent messages with no response. Also asked for a refund and never heard back!

As long as all documentation we and the government would require is completed and the necessary documents are signed by the applicant, it can be shipped to us via a representative. There is no need to bring documents to us directly as part of our service will be providing you with an inbound shipping label.
We are not open on the weekends but you can actually gather the required documents on our website and drop them off during the week or ship them to us. Visit our website and click on the HelpCenter for the required documents or call us today and we can email you the list.
You can come visit our office but we highly recommend just visiting our website or calling our passport specialists for guidance as you'll need to follow our instructions that we have on our site. Specific documents will be required for each passport type needed so it's usually best to call us first: 877-503-9838

Hi Maria, we offer 24 hour processing, but you also need to allow for overnight shipping to and from our office. If you need your passport the same day, please make an appointment at the nearest regional passport agency.
