Extremely impressed by the customer service provided by this DMV branch and the Virginia DMV in general. Special thanks to Vivian Cheatham for her swift action and assistance.

I could of give 5 stars! I wish there is a rate just for the particular employee! Zero star for the security guard on duty May 17,2022 12:00 noon. I went in he is talking someone not an employee. He asked if I have appointment I said yes but I’m little early. He said go to information I said okay! I decided to set down the nearest chair available to review my paper work before I go to information. All of the suddenly I heard him talking to the woman in front of him with the hand gestures “I just told her to go to information with voice of frustration. My point is you could of let me know I’m just 6 feet away if I have to go like right away to information after you told me! Not to the extent that you are talking about me to other people and I’m right there! But other than him everyone was nice and very helpful specially Window 6 A.C. Is her name initial! Thank you and I will see you again!

Best experience with the DMV so far…. Both people I spoke with was polite and efficient. I was in and out in about 35 mins as a walk in. Great job today DMV.
loud
They’re disrespectful to people who don’t speak English. I translated for some random people who asked me to help them and when I went to help the lady working there was so rude and angry at them for not knowing English. She looked so mad, she was rushing and yelling at them. They need to hire bilingual employees, half of the community is Hispanic. It doesn’t matter if we’re supposed to be speaking English, America was built off of immigrants not everyone has the luxury to be born here. They also felt like they were being racist to them and I also felt the same way.

No. Call the county(whatever jurisdiction) treasurer. Most times you can pay over the phone or go to the administration Building. They will release stops on registration either by the end of that business day or by the end of the next.
No, whoever is driving gets the ticket
Yes, but, unless something changed on the last week, you have to call and make an appointment.
You go on line and make the appointment.its really easy
Ten dollars for ID, twenty dollars for driver's license
You need a birth certificate and two proofs of residency to get a Virginia iID. Your lease is your primary proof of residency; you'll need anything else with your address on it for secondary proof of residency. A phone, light, gas, water, medical or vehicle insurance bill will do. If you don't have any of those things, just grab any mail with your address on it. DMV use a manager's discretion for your secondary residency requirement as long as you have your birth certificate and primarily proof of residency
Not sure why someone said no because yes you do. If you are pulling a trailer on the roads it has to be licensed.
Yes
