You do not need to make an appointment but i would call and tell them what you are seeking so they can inform you on what you will need to bring to speed up the process.
You will have to ask the front desk.
There isn't a cut off. However, you can only get help.... ( If of course you meet their standards to receive assistance) once in a year's period.

M - F 8:30 - 4:30. If it is an appointment based service that is needed, clients can arrive as early as 7:35 am to seek a same day appointment. CAC is closed everyday 12 - 1 for lunch.
