I had my first appointment at CWC in Hagerstown yesterday it wasn’t pleasant … I went in they did the ultrasound said they didn’t see an embryo .. took me back to do my medical history , and did a urine test I’m still positive for pregnancy no cramping , spotting or bleeding they did no blood work so I don’t even know how far I am .. then they told me to come back in two weeks for another ultrasound.. at this point I’m going to get a second opinion I’m not comfortable with them Dr. Lin was not personable at all and I’m filing an complaint being that this is the second time I had him When I miscarried.

The level of incompetence and lack of compassionate patient care at this practice almost caused the death of my child. After my son was born not breathing, they did nothing to save him and he almost died. Luckily, we were life flighted to Children's Hospital where they saved his life after he coded 17 times. We stayed in the Children's NICU for 10 months. Miranda in the billing department is the most morally and ethically bankrupt person I've ever met. After setting up a payment plan for my outstanding bill ($200) and making on time payments she refused to allow me to be seen at the practice until the bill was paid in full despite my need for immediate care for cervical cancer, yet called me every week to try and set up an appointment for a mammogram. Their reasoning was breast cancer was important, but cervical cancer was not. I will never again risk my life or the life of my child with this awful practice. They only care about money, NOT about the life and wellness of their patients.

Everyone in the office was pleasant and professional!
