This place smh. They gave me a small claims eviction for moving out without saying anything and said I owe them 158$ and saying they contacted me and they didn't. I paid my rent and than left because they just move anyone in it got nasty dirty and unsafe for my child even after saying I will pay them double the 158 triple the 158 they still said can't take it off my name smh

Someone hangs up the phone as soon as the dial tone connects. Don't even have the option to leave a message. I've tried contacting them through the website too. Absolutely no response. Even if the entire building is full someone should be working there. I've reached out about getting a withholding statement many times and no response. They are legally obligated to give this 21 days after move out. I would hope that someone there could get me a copy.

Boulevard Apartments has excellent living places, however their tenants bring most of the problems, there are some extremely nasty people living there who've obviously never heard of a washer and dryer, can't figure out how to clean a bath tub, or know how to use a broom/dust pan or mop. The management does everything in their power to accommodate the residents, but the residents act like management is secretly sneaking mice & bugs in their apartments while they're sleeping. Definitely not the case.

Not student friendly apartments, leasing people are nice & welcoming but the tenants are ghetto, they denied me twice cause I was a student but I did not attend the school anymore I’m a drop out college student
