Currently 5:39PM. I pulled up to the nail salon and notified them that I needed a soak off she stated a soak and full set I told her no just a soak off. She asked to see my nails then asked if I get them done at the shop, I told her no I just need a soak off. She then told me it’s too late for a soak off which is confusing as she was ready to service me if I needed a soak and new set which takes 2 hours but a 30 mins hands off service is too late despite them closing at 7PM. Last time I was here for a pedicure the tech did a sub par job and talked the entire time. Don’t bother with this location there’s plenty options in the area.

Came in to get a manicure. Was promptly told they don't do that. No greetings or salutations- extremely rude.

Doesn’t matter if you have an appointment or not, Wait time is ridiculous. Customer service sucks. Go somewhere else

A lot..at least $60
I like the job they did on my feet. But my powder dip they totally didn't wrong! Who uses UD and gel polish with the powder dip? SMH. It chipped in under a week!
