Great customer service and a wide variety of products. Not just boots!

This store is open by appointment only, so call ahead. That being said, I didn't know it when I stopped to get boots. Staff was gracious enough to allow me to shop, never rushing me but allowing me to choose a few options based on my answers to their cursory questions (purpose, time spent wearing the boots, etcetera). Will definitely shop here again.

The experience is hit-or-miss depending on who the staff is the gentleman with the long ponytail that is Gray and black has 0 customer service way to completely ignore your customers. I had products in hand ready to purchase, however neither employee acknowledged my presence so I left.
