My wife purchased a 2018 Honda Accord 9 months ago. We have been on the phone several times a week to try to get the tags this started 4 months ago when we had to park the car because we were not able to get any more temp tags. We stopped paying on the car that we could not use now the finance company wants to repo the car. I spoke several times to so many people in corporate and to Darcars in Bowie and no one will return my call now that I am asking them to stand up and pay the almost 3 months of payments we lost use of the car. No more than that, not the time we lost on jobs or anything my daughters lost out on because no way to get them there. Just want the payments for a car we could not use because of something contract they signed? Then do nothing to rectify it? I wastold our next step should be to consult an attorney. PART 2 So about a moth gone by and we did get the tags but still almost 4 months no tags and not a one thing offering my wife anything at all. O they called after this was posted but asked what they could do. I gave them simple pay the 3To4 months she had no use of the car and then I told them to make my wife feel special 1000 dollars for her running around and all the stress she went through. Didn’t. Ask them for loss jobs or a lot of other I could have asked for. It was simple they messed up pay for your mistake; well after they said they wanted to talk with me they haven’t spoken to me since They Just don’t care

Crooks. We agreed upon a price for a used vehicle. They said they would include their "DARCARS Assurance" for free. It came up on the itemized worksheet and when I asked them multiple times about it, they said they have to include it so we get the coverage and the cost gets taken off later. I said make sure we are not paying for it. First loan statement arrives and lo and behold it's on the loan. Stereotypical used car sales BS.
