The stay overnight went great. That is the only thing that has gone well. They charged me to do an at home sleep study then charged me again to do one in their facility. Not sure why I had to do both since the Dr. told me I had apnea after the first study. Their follow-up is comically awful. I had to call six times to get them to fax my sleep study notes and a signed prescription for my CPAP to the medical supplier. I'm still not sure if they have at this point. The last time I called, the woman on the phone didn't realize that she hadn't hung up and made fun of me for being upset. She laughed and said that this is the third person complaining this hour and somehow they all have heart problems. She gasped when she realized and hung up on me immediately. My suggestion is to find another place to go. UPDATE---------------------------------------------------------------- It has been four months since my initial sleep study and they still haven't given a signed copy of the prescription to the medical supplier that they work with. This is THEIR medical supplier. They chose them and they refused to call them. All the correspondence between the medical supplier and the sleep center has gone through me. Why am I making these calls and not the Sleep Center? Get someone's name and extension and mercilessly bug them daily. This is the ONLY way you will get them to do anything, for you. Once they finally get the signed prescription to the medical supplier then comes the wait for the CPAP machine to be shipped. Who knows how long that will take. UPDATE#2------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Today I finally got my CPAP machine. From my initial visit in May to my mask fitting today, September 20th, it took a total of five months. It also took over 50 calls, checking up on this company to see if they had done the work that they said they were going to do. It took a twelve hour trip to the hospital with a heart murmur that my doctor thinks is caused by my apnea. They had to shock my heart to get it back into rhythm. Then being made fun of by the staff here for voicing my concern. Tonight, hopefully I will get a good nights sleep. Good night.

If your in a very desperate sleep situation, nothing is working, extreme insomnia. These guys will not know how to help you or prescribe meds to help. Sorry, nothing we can do for you. We only handle simple insomnia cases.

If I could give zero stars I would. It has been one thing after another trying to schedule. July 13th they had all the needed. Never heard from them again. I emailed them and they said my doctor's referral said I needed to come in to do the sleep study (not true I called to confirm with doctor and they said it did not say that). Then they said it would be 15-20 days to get insurance verification. What was happening since July 13th?? Run! Do not use this place!

Terrible experience! They emailed me someone else’s sleep report and medical information, and mine went who knows where. They have never once returned my phone inquiries to get a status, and now 3 months post study, I still haven’t even received a follow up call to begin the process of ordering the recommended device. Still in limbo with no follow up. They should not be in the health care business. Shameful! Avoid this place.

Yes a home study is an option for the initial diagnosis, but depends on the requirements of your insurance company and the recommendation of your doctor. Feel free to give us a call, and we can talk you through the process!
