Waited in emergency room from 1:50 pm to 8 at night and had not been seen go to the desk for them to tell me I got 8 people still in front of me and we not on top priority list never go here there the worst!

I had taken my wife to the emergency room and like everybody else we waited 4 hours in the waiting room because they were so crowded. Once through the triage they got us a room and she saw a doctor and she was admitted. We found the people who work here are caring professional people. Everyone is happy and will answer any questions and show you how to navigate through the hospital. In summary all we can say, is we are very happy with this hospital and will return if needed.

The team on staff in the ER lobby on October 7th between 0100-0500, needs to be investigated. The staff let a man sit in his own urine, puddling in the lobby by the vending machines, for over 4 hours last night!!! 4 HOURS!!! My partner, several others, and even the man himself (who was in a wheelchair!!), asked the front desk nurses, security, and the cleaning crew for help repeatedly over the course of hours! I have never been so disgusted with medical staff in my life. I normally wouldn’t share a photo in this situation, but I need you to understand the absolute atrocity that the ER staff made this man endure. I have lost any faith I had in the staff at UMBW.
