Had scheduled a mobile appointment for a windshield replacement on September 6th. They cancelled and rescheduled me for an in person appointment on a different day without speaking to me. I cancelled that appointment since I was not able to come in that day, and they did not contact me to confirm, or even ask. I once again rescheduled for a mobile appointment for September 26th. They just called me to cancel again saying they were no longer offering mobile appointments during that day. Why even make appointments if they are never kept?

Well, Safelite auto glass in Parkville did not disappoint, although they function very efficiently in very, very cramped spaces. The windshield replacement was done very neatly and car cleanup was very thorough. I am glad I did not have to rate the Reisterstown Safelite, as they were just not very effective. I would return to Park ville, but never Reisterstown for sure!

Safelight is usually easy to work with and does good work. I booked at the 4th closest location to me (here) for drop off, as it was the only same-week appt. they cancelled on me the morning of and offered to reschedule me 10days later…
