I went to Camp Hill Holy Spirit Urgent Care. Just changed insurance and this was the closest place. Wish I looked up reviews before I went. I called several places to see on the wait. This had no wait. Upon going in I told my relative this is a bad sign that no one is here. It took close to a half hour to have the only person behind the window to get me checked in. It took a while and it seemed like we were bothering him. Waited 15 more minutes before called to do height and weight. The nurse or LPN was not polite at all. Trying to tell her symptoms and she just decides to do Covid test, not evening caring what I have to say. The older male Dr. came by the closed door a bit later and stood there walking around in circles for a few minutes. Yes, I can see him through the glass in the door. When he came in he asked about symptoms. Seemed like he had his mind made up what was wrong and didn’t seem to want to hear about earlier symptoms of the week. He talked over me and I couldn’t explain anything. Seemed like I was bothering him. The nurse and the Doctor were rude. They made us feel like we shouldn’t of came there, like we were interrupting their day. My relative couldn’t believe the behavior. I am glad someone was along to witness this. I never experienced this kind of behavior before in any fast care or urgent care. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning back to this facility. I will drive the extra miles next time.

I couldn’t say enough good things about this urgent care facility. I came to them in a lot of pain and they were incredibly kind and appropriately concerned in a way that made me sure they were going to do whatever they could to help. Of course there was some waiting as is to be expected at any medical facility but their patient care is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. My doctors name was Michelle and I wish I knew the names of the four other women who helped with everything from checking me in to assisting the doctor in the procedure I needed done because they were amazing also. It was a high stress situation and they helped to keep my calm and did everything they could to make me as comfortable as possible for a really painful situation. Thank you so much to everyone here for being so great at what you do!

Attempted to go there for my son's ear ache. I couldn't get him into the pediatrician. I was told it was an hour wait when I arrived. That would've been fine. I had finished hour 2 when they started calling in people who had just arrived. I asked about it and was told we were next. The next patient called was another person who had only been waiting for about 20 minutes. When I said I was leaving they said they'd check again to see what was going on. We left and went to the UPMC urgent care on the Carlisle Pike. Waited at most 10 minutes before being called into a room. As close as you are to the emergency room, you'd probably be seen there before you'd be seen from the urgent care.

I noted my lower leg was hurting and becoming red, symptoms really increased on a Saturday. Check in was quick and my wait time less than 15 minutes before I was called back to the exam room. The nurse couldn't have been nicer. And the PA-C saw me quickly. No unnecessary tests, very professional. Explained the diagnosis and treatment thoroughly and I was out the door in less than 45 minutes total. 1 day later and significantly improved on the prescribed medication. Great experience.
