My first experience with the shop was great. Although I felt I paid too much for the work that was done, I still paid because I had no idea and I trusted that they were providing me with a valuable service that was worth what they charged me. I enjoyed chatting with the staff and felt they valued me as a customer. Not even a month later, my rear speakers stopped working and I thought maybe it was from the rewire they preformed so I took it back in for them to look at. I get a call that my 4-channel amp stopped working and that 3 out of the 4 speakers now weren’t working and it would be more money then I wanted to spend to get it replaced. After talking on the phone they came down $50 off of the few hundred dollars they were going to charge because they had the jeep already “torn apart” so it’ll make it easier. $150 for the amp and a few hundred dollars for labor?? I declined and brought it home. I didn’t have the ~$600 I paid for the rewire let alone another few hundred for this now. Fast forward to today and I found a wire that was not connected so I plugged it back in which enabled the front speaker to work again. So I figured maybe I need to look at the amp. I took out the wires and put them back in. Fiddled with the switches and low and behold everything is working great. Glad I didn’t spend hundreds of dollars on a free fix. Attention to detail. I don’t recommend this place if you don’t know exactly what you need. It seems they took advantage of me.

This company wanted to charge me 99 dollars per hour to remove the alarm and video system they put in my car. This system was draining my car battery because they did not properly install the system. They didn't know how long it was going to take to remove. Paying for their incompetence is unacceptable. I would not recommend! This was actually the second mistake they made. I Had to pay someone else to remove the system. Yes, the owner did call; However, this misunderstanding cost me majorly. I had to pay 360 dollars to get the system removed. I also no longer have the system I paid for so I lost big!!
