Went in for pedicure and did not notice until I got home that tech did not remove my old gel polish and polished on top of it made my nails look bulky , very lazy service never going back

Made an appointment for my husband for a pedicure. 2:00 appointment and he was home by 2:30. They clipped his nails, scrubbed his legs gave a 3 minute massage and charged him $30. Plus he tipped the guy $10. Now most places give an even longer massage to guys because they don't get polish. He was very disappointed. Not worth the cost. I called and told the receptionist but of course there was nothing she could do. Won't go again.

Update: We returned and it was an okay experience. Alex and Henry were very friendly -but they didn’t do a very detailed job on either me or my husband’s feet. I still had dry skin and previous nail polish. Kai was wonderful and did a good job working on my husbands ingrown toe nail. At $30, this was the highest priced pedi (I called around) in the area -but they were very clean and did a good job.
