$50 for 12 to 13lb...and the minimum price $50 even thou if the package weigh 5lb

what could be done if a package was send to you and shows on ups that it was received by one of your staff and i got a mail from you letting me know you have my package and later got a mail that it cant be find? what is the solution to this?

Forward the same mail you received from them. They can't confirm receiving your package and later deny it .
