Absolutely terrible ISP!! Do not use RCN unless you are desperate as they are the single worst ISP in the DMV. You will have completely unreliable connections at all times and it does not improve. Avoid at all costs!!!

No, equipment can be dropped off at one of the facilities on 10th St NE or Georgia Ave NW in DC

Yes but it's very limited, mainly places closer to DC such as bethesda, silver spring, and gaithersburg
