No doors were purchased
No these are a company that makes sells and installed the products they sell. They will not contract out due to the warranty associated with their products.

If you look on top of the part of the window you pull up which is called the sash, you should see 2 slide switches one on the left and one on the right slide them both at the same time inward then pull the sash toward you while still holding the 2 slide switches inward and it should tilt down ...

Thompson Creek has plenty of colors. They brought samples with them to show us during our presentation. They also provide all necessary documents you may need if you're part of an HOA.
