It's a beautiful park reserve, nice for a walk, I didn't know about the color of the arrows until a gentleman that was taking a walk explain it. Very useful.

i really really doubt it. its a wildlife refuge, so i get the feeling you'll have to go somewhere else
Assuming your wheelchair can handle rolling on wood chipped paths ( there are some boardwalk trails) but the route to these does have wood chips.
