really like this place. was looking at a recliner both of mine has went kaput, got a 8-year-old little boy who likes to sit in it quite often so I'm sure that helped it wear out a little bit quicker, but I'm thankful he's healthy. think that we'll go back and get one from there soon. Money had been funny lately. When I walked in the store, I was greeted with a warm smile by a lady that introduced herself as Leslie. I then asked her if Bernard (another representative that I had met in the store a few months ago was available), however she told me that his shift starts at twelve (12), and asked if I wanted to wait on him. I told her no, as I had another appointment and then asked if I could use the restroom. After returning from the restroom I new exactly what I wanted as I had been there before. Leslie was so gracious and made the experience so seamless. Thank you Leslie for an awesome experience. I will definitely be coming back, and I’ll also definitely refer you to my friends and family.

We came in Saturday and we’re instantly greeted by Mr. Randy. Throughout the entire experience he was very personable, relatable, and understanding of our needs. He was very patient with our questions and concerns. He made the experience enjoyable by not hounding us while we looked but was always close for questioning. He was very honest, knowledgeable, and helpful. I definitely recommend asking for Randy no matter your furniture needs. We looked other places but nowhere compared to his customer service and attention to detail. He is the reason we returned the next day to purchase from Rooms to go.

Worst experience EVER! Purchased furniture in July for our condo and it finally arrived in October BUT not as it appeared on the showroom floor when purchased. Contacted the store to speak with our sales associate but she was on vacation. Spoke with Donna (another associate) who was completely uninterested with solving our issue and directed me to customer service. I suggested the option of taking the legs off the floor model as I need to be able to use the sofa NOW not in 3-5 days when the legs could be shipped to me but she said “we can’t do that because then we would not be able to show our product to prospective buyers because delivery on that sofa is 6-8 weeks out currently” then quoted company policy and had zero interest in my issue. I understand that the sales staff/location didn’t build the sofa BUT they sold it to me and the fact that the product is delayed 6-8 weeks would indicate that they not having a floor model for 3-5 days shouldn’t be an issue as I customer have waited 12 weeks. I would like if nothing else to have the option to use the furniture I have purchased instead of having to wait another 3-5 days. I have NEVER purchased from this company nor will I ever again. As the saying goes “you get what you pay for”
