I contacted this agent for a QUOTE on moving my auto from VA to MD and purchasing a new condo. The condo contract fell through and I let the agent know I would not need either policy. I never signed any applications or made payments. However two weeks later, I checked my VA policy billing and saw she had issued the MD Auto policy and my billing was mailed to the condo I didn't own. This happened in the end of February and is STILL not resolved two months later. She has stopped responding to my emails and has not updated me on the situation at all. Barely an apology for her mistake and no communication that it even happened until I reached out. My VA agent has not been much better. Avoid State Farm at all costs
