I've been to Avian vets before but they just charge you for unnecessary tests and have excessive fees. Dr. Robert Monaco is compassionate, understanding and honest. He doesn't take advantage of anyone when they bring in a sick pet. He comes recommended by many including Marc Marone from Parrots of the World. My wife and I came to him because of these recommendations. Everything we heard is true and he will be our only avian doctor of choice going forward with our 2 Amazon parrots.

Best thing to do is call, tell them what you need and schedule an appointment. They're not doing much for walk ins
Varies. This is a practice that handles dogs, cats and exotics, so best to phone and ask.
