Rest assured, from the moment you walk through the door to the moment you leave, you are in blessed hands. I was so fortunate to meet the golden soul of Joseph at the front desk who guided me back to pre-surgery and reassured me that he would take care of my mother while I was being operated on. If you see him at the front, give him your biggest smile because Joseph is an example of what we should all be like in our daily lives. Thank you so much, Joey. You will remain in my heart forever. In the back, I was gifted the chance to meet Diane, Stephanie, Wendy and Glen (Glen is quite possibly the best nurse ever. If you get him, considered yourself so lucky). Dr. Behrens (hopefully I spelled that right!) was my outstanding anesthesiologist and he reassured me from our first hello to the moment I was out like a light. Trish, Donna, Denise and all my friends I met during my pre-op appointment were just as amazing. David, Sherri (whom I spoke to over the phone), you both reassured me so. Your kindness is something I will never forget. Forgive me, but to the wonderful nurse who assisted Dr. Weissler during my surgery, I forgot your name but you were AWESOME. If you’re looking at this review and you have a surgery coming up and have diabetes, trust me, diabetes champion Eric has your back the whole way. Thank you, Eric, for being there for me. Seraphim Christian, who took care of my belongings was just…golden. You entered my heart and will never leave as well. Golden souls like yours remain. Bless you and your family, sir. I know I’m writing about people, to people and I’m not writing so much of a review…I think that’s because the people here MAKE this wonderful hospital what it is. I’m forever changed by their love and care and they have inspired me to become a better man. Dory, Chris, Hyacinth, all of the people in post-op, you are magical. Thank you for everything. Please have full faith that you are in the best hands when you come here. I am so blessed by this experience and so blessed by the people I met. Thank you for coming into me heart and gracing me with knowing you all. You will all never leave my memory nor my heart. Thank you all for fixing me in so many ways. Hopefully you all see this! :-)

This is an unprofessional hospital been here since 8pm and nothing has occurred and it is 3pm the next day! Then when other patients asks me how long i have been waiting, a nurse comes and starts raising her voice at me saying i cant be providing false information! When in reality i have been waiting for hours with no sleep not able to go home! HORRIBLE HOSPITAL!

After I had my upper lip cut open by a dog bite, I came to this emergency room. They collected my information and I waited an hour in the waiting room before I had to leave to go to another hospital that would actually help me. They still send me bills in the mail of $600 for their service of doing absolutely nothing.

I went this morning with pain in my left arm they took my blood presssure and then sent into an er room . Well the bedsheets were dirty from the previous patient and there was a bag with urine attached to the bed . Thank complained nothing happened someone came in to take ekg still don’t know the results I don’t think they know either .
