Place overcharges for everything and not up front about costs. I paid everything they told me to pay at the retail store and 3 months later I get a bill from the corporate office saying I still owe money? What!?

Questions & Answers

Has anyone experienced a long delay in receiving their glasses? They said the delay was from where they were ordered them from, which may be true. However, no apology or taking responsibility for a delay is disappointing.

Yes I have experienced long delays in excess of 2 weeks.This seems to be the norm if you go through insurance .

How wide is the variety of glasses? As in, are their many different glasses to choose from?

Optix Family Eyecare has a tremendous variety of frames to choose from. I have had no problems choosing my glasses. The staff is also extremely helpful during this process.
