My mom has been a patient at Granite Run for several years. Today she fell and fractured her wrist. We went to Urgent Care in Rohrerstown and they xrayed and confirmed the fracture, gave us a referral to see an Orthopedic Doctor. I started calling for an appt at 11am. Left 3 messages and its now 5pm and still no return call. Very disappointed for the lack of response. At 92 years of age my mom deserves better!!!

Bedside manner is obviously extremely important for any clinician, from therapists to nurses to doctors. I can only speak for myself but I have had completely positive experiences with clinical outcomes, payment when I had issues with not being insured and also with bedside manner and making me feel comfortable with surgical procedures for my broken shoulder at this practice. All in all I had excellent care and experience at Lancaster Orthopedic Group, I hope all their patients can say the same!
