Do you like being left in pain? Do you like being forced to take medications you say aren't effective? Do you like losing your job due to paperwork screw ups? Do you want to have your surgery appointments cancelled without notice? Do you want to be actively discriminated against? Then I would recommend this place, they have staff who are incompetent and doctors who were given their degrees because their parents paid the school to ignore their horrible grades. If you want a place to ruin your life, choose CIPS, they would rather see you dead than treated!

Very careless billing office. Very rude responses ie no response - and if not fixed I am stuck with the bill! unable to speak to a human.

Yes they do. Amazing doctors. I can't say enough good things about the entire office.

If an epidural is planned, how much preparation does the procedure entail, and does the doctor remain with me afterwards to check the result?

It really depends if you are having anesthesia or not. Prep time takes little longer if you are anesthesia. 30 to 60 minutes. Without take 10 minutes I love this center and my doctor. Nurses are wonderful. Very caring and understanding. The nurses do check on you and doctor does stop by. The results can take up week for injection sometimes. The doctor does have follow visit to see how you feel after injection. Good luck
