This place is a joke, front desk is rude. The "doctor" was laughing at my injury basically said I wasn't worth the time. And he left my door open and went to chat with the nurses how I made my injury out to be so much more than it was and he wasted his time. What happened to being professional?

Camping nearby from out of state. Grandson became ill. They were so efficient getting us registered and roomed. The physician was amazing. Truly the best experience I have ever had with any urgent care. Have 5 grown children and six grandchildren. Know my way around an urgent care and just say enough about the excellent experience we had.

In the month of January my entire family was diagnosed with Covid. My husband was diagnosed at a different urgent care facility and was simply told “we’re sorry you have Covid”. They did nothing to help him even though he was a high-risk patient. Later that week the rest of the family went to the Immediate Care in Foley and we were so pleased. As an infection control nurse, I was so appreciative of the fact that they actually diagnosed and treated the Covid in my family. This will be the only immediate care that I use going forward. Great staff and great professional caring care was given to us. I highly recommend them!

Spent 4 hours waiting for a covid test that never happened. People who don't feel good being processed 1 person an hour to do the same test we do at home. Took my copay and sent me to sit on the floor while there were chairs stacked on tables in a closed off area. Couldn't wait any longer. Drove to Robertsdale and was tested and out within 30 minutes. I'll never go back.
