Called an hour ahead to have an RX transferred from another CVS. The person that answered the phone sounded bothered and annoyed to do his job “I guess we’ll get this done for you” then proceeded to hang up as I was asking how long so we knew when to arrive as we were just passing through. An hour later I’m told by the same person, it’ll be about 30 mins…what? There’s no one else waiting you can’t push that through since I called over an hour ago. I can do 15 mins…I don’t have a problem waiting but it’s how the events unfolded but people who should not be in customer service.

Everyone there has always been nice to me! There’s never any line or anything. Also I think half these negative reviews if not more are from people who have an attitude about everything. Especially the guy who thinks CVS is a grocery store haha! Thanks to everyone that works there!

Matthew the pharmacist is always helpful, as are the rest of the staff. I have used this pharmacy for 10 years, and the good people there have always taken care of me.
