Atlantic Crossing staff made it very easy for me to find my new home. Kayla was super friendly and provided straightforward answers to all of my questions. I just felt welcomed from day one. Jessica addressed all of my needs during the leasing process and she exceeded my expectations to ensure I was absolutely satisfied with my rental before I moved in. So happy I chose to live here, and I’m looking forward to being a member of the Atlantic Crossing community!

5 stars and it’s Easy. The apartment space is much larger than the newer pricey modern closets they’re putting up around the city. The staff is so accommodating and genuinely friendly. The pool is always clean, the gym is kept sanitized, I absolutely loved living at this place, i’ve been here a year, it’s clean, cozy and perfect if you’re looking for a peace, fair pricing and a good North Florida stay.

Now that I’ve been here a month, I feel like I can give an accurate review. I moved from another MAAC property, which I moved to specifically because of the no breed restrictions. It wasn’t great. When I knew I was moving to FL, as soon as I pulled in the parking lot I knew I wanted to be at this property. For Florida, the price isn’t bad. The amenities are great, the location and noise level is awesome, maintenance (specifically Dustin) go above and beyond, as well as the office staff (shout out to Camy and Kayla). I hope to stay at this property until I’m ready to settle down in a home. I’m on the first floor and I really don’t hear much above me. Reading the reviews online, I was a little nervous before moving here but if you’re considering, go for it! Every time I walk into my apartment I feel like I’m walking into a luxury hotel room. So happy to be a part of Atlantic crossing.

the service is terrible I do not recommend this place at all there are better places near there that are better than this company there the water pressure is very bad in those apartments and if you move here take photos and check well because when you leave they put one debt with quite ridiculous prices on the bill
