The drive-thru was extremely slow once I finally got my food it was cold and thrown together. It didn't look or taste appetizing.

Ate here with my family of 5 on 26 June. I waited to see if corporate would respond to my complaint I’ve received no response. It took 35 minutes to get our food because they ran out of burgers. When the food came the fries were cold. My kids burgers were wrong and we were missing all our sauces and an order of fries and cheese curds. Not once did someone try to make it right nor did a supervisor come out. New to White House and we’ll never return here. Good job to the young man on the counter that had to put up with me. Update: 11 July. In response to DQ reply, I did visit that site and submitted comments with no response. I submitted feedback on 26 June, with no response.

30 minutes to get food from time of order. They ran out of meat and didn't tell us. Food was served cold.

We love some DQ but this location was superb. Its a very nice venue. Lots of parking and enough room to drive around the drive through. While they were short staffed they did have enough staff to open the dining room which was a welcomed change from the rest of white house. We ate outside on the patio. It was well cared for and very pleasant. The gentleman brought the food out to us and it was excellent. Hot and fresh. He even went back and got us some extra condiments. Great experience.
