I’m just over the lack of general courtesy. I understand that in the world we’re living in right now, things are more unavailable than they ever have been. Which is why I can overlook the fact that a coffee joint is out of “cold brew”(seriously!?) , mango for their refreshers and ham for my bagel. What would have been nice is a general greeting, a Hello there, Thank you, sorry about any inconvenience, have a great day! With most businesses these days I am overly nice, thankful and appreciative to the workers. Don’t want to be at work? Don’t come in! This business would have been better off closed. P.s. My bagel was as hard as a rock.

Decent place for coffee and donuts. Lines can be really long and it seems understaffed. Good food if it is fresh. Sometimes the donuts feel like they are days old

This was the WORST drink I have EVER had. I got a iced caramel macchiato and it tasted like black coffee . I asked for the munchkins and they didn’t even give me what I paid for. I was having an amazing day until this. Jesus would not have risen for this and I fasho will never rise outta my bed for that ever again.

This was the first time having dunkin donut coffee and it was great. I had a cold brew as did my wife and it was superior to what I normally drink at another well known coffee chain. We will be back for more.
