Excellent top to bottom! I had a small emergency on my way out of town (hose slipped off of my intercooler) they wiggled me in and patched it up faster than I could blink! Their tech (sorry I didn't get your name brother) builds Hondas for racing and pinpointed the problem hose by eye in like 30 seconds! Inside was super clean and the person manning the counter was very nice and professional! 10/10 take your car here, they're amazing!

Even though their cheaper tires are stuck on a boat, the person I talked to was totally understanding about getting my tires elsewhere so I could get my alignment done. (I have moderately hard to get tires, anyway.) I needed an alignment after having to replace my ball joints. After my alignment, battery, and oil change, my car sounded off. It took me a few minutes of driving to realize...I ACTUALLY could hear the ENGINE without the noise of out of alignment tires. (It drove quieter.) Thanks guys! I never knew it would make that much of difference. The alignment has a 1 year warranty. My car eats batteries. My new battery from them has a three year FULL replacement (pro-rated after that) for the same price as batteries elsewhere that only had two year warranties ... and it is a better brand. Thanks for that as well.

I had an appointment for a oil change. Melissa at the desk she was very polite and helpful. Firestone did a great job. Pricing was very fair. Everyone was very kind and professional. I know it's just an oil change but I will continue to give my business to them. Keep up the good work. I'm glad to have a place like this in town.
