You can tell it's an older building but it is well maintained, rooms are clean, staff were friendly. Bed was pretty hard for my liking but the rest of the family were comfortable.

Positive: It is relatively new, so furnishings in excellent condition. The fitness room had sufficient equipment for a good workout, but the pool was closed for repairs. It was quiet, due to the location--15 minutes from I-40--and worth it.

Very clean and the entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We had a family emergency and needed to be near the hospital. Location was perfect and when we needed to cancel our reservation for the last night, they were more than understanding. They also provided my mother with a late checkout. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.
