Positive: Spotless. Great checkin. Full breakfast choices and great coffee (decaf included). Comfy beds, huge tv, quiet area. Great price! Negative: Not a thing.

I enjoyed my stay. My room was very clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was good. My experience with customer service was great, Coco was the receptionist who assisted me. Overall, this is a nice place to stay. I would recommend Holiday Inn to put up a bigger sign to make the Location stand out better.

I visited this hotel after a few others in the area. The customer service is AMAZING as they are very helpful and friendly. There rooms are way cleaner and the hotel looks peaceful. My only complaint would be they need to upgrade the pillows and don't get a room on the first floor as there is a sound from the AC unit (I'm guessing) that is very loud.

There were several children playing in the hallway in my floor that disturbed me. The hotel is nice and guests can take advantage of their laundry facilities. The room is spacious but the water flow was very poor. Haven't tried the shower yet. This hotel is in a great area with tons of nearby restaurants and shopping. Enjoy!
