Was surrounded by food places so superb location however the rooms were horrible dried nasal mocus on walls and the beds were rundown. Staff was nice but you get what you pay for.

We only had one washcloth for 2 people. They said they had no extras available. The cold water didn't work in the sink. Floors were not swept well. They had no insulated coffee cups for the coffee machine in the room. The website said breakfast was available. When we got there, the sign said "No Breakfast". The toilet wasn't flushing properly. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I checked In at your facility on May 4th and checked out at 5am on May 5th. Upon arrival, I was greeted with awesome customer service but there is where it ended. I stood in the front waiting for someone to help me. She asssisted me and apologized for not being at the counter but insisted that she was getting the room ready for me. I was given room 216 which is a one bedroom. Smoke smell, The room was dirty, coffee grinds and paper were on the counter by the door, the floor was sticky, the room was dusty, hair was on the floor in the bathroom, shower,corners, toilet. Toilet was not clean. Shower was not clean. I am completely exhausted and highly upset with what Encountered while there. I am requesting a refund. I was also harassed by an unknown male while there at 12:35am and, he came beating on my room door and bombarded his way In My room and calling my room phone around 1:00am- I had to alert the office staff many of times. No one from the office alert the police. Security need to be on the premises. I was told they are not responsible for their guest. This has been a very stressful night and day.

Stayed 4/4/22 room was okay. You can tell cleanliness isn’t a big deal to this hotel. The bathroom just like others have mentioned had hair in the bathtub, open/used hair products and soap from prior guests. Toilet was FILTHY!!! Floor definitely had not been cleaned as crumbs were throughout entire room. Also the air conditioner was full of pet hair and reeked of cat urine. Pay extra stay elsewhere! Trust the reviews on this one‼️‼️‼️
