Edit 2022: I purchased insurance through Tripmasters. I cancelled one connecting flight, after a Tripmasters agent told me I would be refunded. After it was cancelled, I was told I could not get a refund and needed to submit an insurance claim. It has been 3 months, and multiple times contacting Tripmasters, and the documents insurance needs haven't been submitted. The insurance company and myself keep following up, and Tripmasters said the process was complete & forwarded me what they sent. The documents they sent wasn't what insurance needed! I keep giving Tripmasters a list of required documents and they don't send the documents. This company is great for ease of booking, but nothing else. I was misled about a refund and have to fight to get documents sent to insurance, it's so frustrating. I do not recommend this company. Old review: I planned two 2-week trips with this company in 2018 and 2019 (France and Vietnam); both went without a single hitch. the trip is completely customizable, competitively priced, and their customer service is great. I sometimes play around with their trip builder to pass the time until it's safe to travel again 😬

I really enjoyed using tripmasters. I used it to plan a vacation to Thailand it was easy-to-use customizable all transfers from the airport were included. Vacation and accommodations were problem free. I would use it again.

Tripmasters makes mistakes and does not correct them. Their employees make terrible mistakes and the company does not correct them. They use other travel agencies than their own.
