Keystone Marble and Granite

When I decided to remodel my kitchen, I went to quite a few different granite companies searching for the perfect slab. Every place I went seemed to have the same slabs and none of them really caught my eye. In addition, the customer service at all of the locations were less than desirable. On a whim, I decided to stop at Keystone Granite. Keystone granite completely changed my view of granite. They had slabs that I did not see at any other locations. I seriously think I picked the most beautiful slab of granite I’ve ever seen in my life. On top of having gorgeous granite, their customer service was exceptional. Every member of the team Went above and beyond to ensure that my kitchen remodel was exactly the way I envisioned it. They answered the many questions I had. They were always kind, gracious, and thorough. Sabrina was simply phenomenal. I cannot say enough good things about the entire Keystone granite team. My kitchen is more beautiful than I ever dreamed possible. I am so thankful that I followed my gut and stopped at Keystone Granite. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT KEYSTONE GRANITE!!!!

OK I picked out a slab, put down my deposit, had my countertops measured. So far so good. My countertops were set to be installed in 2 days. Today I was told I could not get the slab I picked out because there was a leftover piece of slab. But the slabs, being a natural stone, was a LOT darker on one side than the other. So I was told that my countertop would have huge awkward dark spot in it because I would have to use the leftover slab and not a new one. I asked if I could just use my slab with my name on it instead of the leftover slab and they said no. They ended up giving me my deposit back. I wish they would have told me from the start that I might not get the slab I put my name on . They did give me my money back but honestly that is the bare minimum. Now I have to start this process over again with another supplier.
