I would give zero stars in possible. Customer Service was HORRIBLE. I was hung up on the first time and the second time CSR was extremely rude, almost hostile even.

Literally the worst customer service in years! I called the "customer service" number to inquire about why my bill may be so staggeringly high, even after having plumbers out to make sure that there were no leaks in the house, and having some toilet hardware replaced. The person picked up the phone with attitude right out of the gate. When I asked about information and that she didn't need to be so rude, she told me that 'it is just the way she talked and that there really isn't anything she or the county could help me with'. I understand that this won't be addressed or remedied because it is a state government 'service' but I am more than disappointing in the caliber of persons engaging in this utility. If I am the layman and I don't understand things, I get that. But to treat someone poorly that does not have the advanced training of someone that works in public works is unnecessary and an aberrant business model.

The County was doing valve repair work in my area on 11/23 and 11/24. They were supposed to give notice of water shutoffs, but did not, which caused a problem. But that is not the worst of it. When they completed the work, my water was dirty, and then it was cloudy with an odd aeration. Even my dogs won't drink it. But the County left for the Thanksgiving holiday at around 4 p.m. on 11/24 without fixing the water quality issue, and nobody is following up to fix the problems they caused. And Emergency Services, which is supposed to respond 24/7/365 is not answering the phone or returning message, and seems to be completely unresponsive.
