The new update is much more difficult to use. Automatic monthly statements are no longer being sent. Going on site to pull them is confusing with odd beginning and ending balances.
Good place to start. Staff are very helpful.
Just call them. I have four transponders on my account. Ask for more of those stick-on pads in case you shift cars or want to use on a rental car, as they said attaching the transponder is the only way to make sure it will register at toll stations.
They will send it to the address on your license plate. (Video tolling)
