I had back surgery at the University of Pennsylvania almost two weeks ago. Since I was not progressing as quickly as desired, I transferred to the PAM Rehab facility in Dover, Delaware. I was nervous and depressed about not being able to go home, but my spirits were soon lifted as I started meeting the fabulous staff at PAM. Everyone from nurses, doctors, CNAs, PT and OT, the food service staff and the case manager were incredible. I was checked on very frequently, and my doctor popped in to see me at least twice a day. I wish I could give 10 stars because this facility and the excellent staff should be a prototype for how a rehab facility should look. Thank you for making a potentially grim situation so positive.

No one answers the phone! I've been trying for over 10 minutes to get ahold of them, to find out about a friend who is in there. Then it hangs up on me! Who in the world closes visiting hours at 5:30 on a Saturday night?!?!?!?

Best place to work ever. I have work many facilities but PAM is one of a kind. I feel happy going to PAM. The DON (Susan) is the best. She cares about the patients and staff. Susan will take patients to the bathroom, answer call lights, listen to patients and staff concerns. Whenever we’re short of staff, Susan will come in early or stay late to help on the floor.

The best rehab a person can ask for. They gave me the means to want to help myself get better. Thank everyone who put in the hours to put me on the Wright track to be able to walk again
