Safe & quiet apartments (apart from some highway noise) with beautiful well-maintained landscape. Their office management & maintenance service is pretty good (which is rare in rental apartments). I lived here from 2018-2021 and enjoyed my stay very much. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I've lived here since 2019 and absolutely love it. The staff are friendly and are always happy to help. Troy at the main gate always welcomes you home with a warm welcome and smile. Great place to live, pool is a bonus, landscaping is always well maintained. I haven't had many maintenance issues in my unit, but the few I have had were attended too quickly. In winter they do a good job with snow removal.

Christiana Meadows was a great place to live in. The staff was always very welcoming and showed appreciation for its residents. Any maintenance issues were addressed by the next day. The only downside was an issue with centipedes in the unit. I had to call the office multiple times for pest control treatment. Overall, it's a great community with many other families and children. The move in/move out process was very smooth.

I have seen school buses enter the complex, but I am not sure what schools these buses belong to though.
I believe that they do offer short term leasing. Give them a call and I'm sure one of the girls will be glad to give you the information you need!
No intercom, front gatesperson who calls you, but the seating at the kitchen counter is bar high about 3 people with space 4 maybe but I never seat 4 at my counter.

I'm not sure a two-bedroom is 1300 a month all the only extra bill is the light bill so you looking at 13 50 1400 a month A1 bedroom I think is 1100 the swimming pool area is nice have to have a key card to get in the gate all in all it's nice if you can afford it school bell Apartments is outrageous stupidly overpriced Christiana is good
